The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee - 2019
12 - 17 August 2019
Award-winning Room 29 Theatre presents the Tony-winning, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee that follows an eclectic group of six mid-pubescents that vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. The tweens spell their way through a series of words hoping to never hear the soul-crushing "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake, all while candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home life. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box. A riotous ride complete with audience participation, this bee is one unforgettable experience.
